Lead CoderDr. Zille is a clinical physician, MBA and dynamic professional with 20+ years of experience having previously run independent hospitals. He has been working closely with practices and hospitals in the US ensuring accurate and comprehensive MRA coding (ICD-10 standards), documentation review, coordination with practices and medical billing professionals in addition to providing physician and staff training and guidance to ensure smooth delivery and operations flow. He loves to play drum music having performed with few bands, voraciously reading about medicine and technology and going out with his family.

Sr Project Lead & Complicance ExpertDr. Abubakar holds an MBBS and MPH degree and has served in hospital management, insurance and compliance for more than 12 years while working with renowned organizations in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Most notably, he's lead the regional operations of an I-NGO in AJK area of Pakistan and served as a medical supervisor and auditor of Saudi-German group of hospitals, in which he's directly handled processes' review. their audit, re-audit, followup, and improvement in line with the latest guidelines and reviews of JCI & CBAHI. Dr. Laraib C. Qaiser
MRA CoderDr. Laraib has worked for non profits and government organizations examining patients and also studied ultrasound. She has been responsible for ICD-10 coding, reviewing medical records and identifying, collecting, assessing, monitoring and documenting claims and encountering information as it pertains to Medicare Risk Adjustment. Implement ongoing quality improvement activities to assure the Medicare Risk score meets all requirements. Her favorite pastime is shopping and dining. She actively divides her time between working for non profits and taking care of her family.
Annie Clarke
Executive AssistantAnnie is responsible for daily operations, assuring improvement of efficiency, quality and audit. She works closely with the Risk Adjustment team and CEO developing and planning strategies to reach the optimum goals. She also manages revenue cycle reports and collaborating with partners to resolve identified discrepancies, make adjustments and correct errors in EMRs, educate providers on appropriate documentation to support coding, provide KPI reports weekly and monthly, and review monthly performance reports with management. She is a fitness buff and spends her free time in yoga and fitness activities and enjoys a healthy social media following.
Matthew White
